The "We Produce in Greece" program of the "Competitiveness 2021-2027" Operational Program is a significant opportunity for Greek manufacturing businesses to modernize their digital presence. With subsidies up to 55% and a maximum amount of 200.000 €, you can fund your website or e-shop development through the program.
Website development via ESPA is an eligible expense as it falls under IT expenditures that can be funded. Specifically, expenses for website, e-shop, mobile applications and licenses are covered up to 20% of the total subsidized budget, together with SaaS and promotional services expenses.

Aid Scheme
The program is based on the De Minimis Regulation (EU 2023/2831). The total subsidized budget of the investment plan cannot exceed the highest turnover achieved in one of the three (or fewer) fiscal years preceding the submission.
